Many patients find it frustrating when they try to get help from the healthcare system. Much of the frustration comes from the fact that they do not have a support system. We strive to offer a support system to our Members.

We help members find the right doctor and schedule doctors' appointments. Our Care Managers help members manage their chronic illness, figure out how and when to take their medicine, and much more. We know each member is unique and has different needs at different times. We are committed to help our members stay on track for a healthy and productive life.

Member Participation

Community Health Solutions of Louisiana (CHS-LA) is starting a Member Advisory Committee. We want to hear from our Members and groups that support our Members. We would like you to join us.
